Return and exchange Policy
We accept Exchanges if in case you don't like the product or there are sizing isuues.
Client is liable to pay the frieght charges for the return pickup and the new product delivery. ( generaly 200/- )
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our whatsapp - 9588831136. we’ll arrange a pickup from our end and let you know the process.
Return Policy :
We provide refund only if the order has not been delivered or the product is out of stck. You will get refund in your upi/bank account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- If the exchange request is made after 5 days of the date of delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Personalised name pendants
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
