  • Eligibility: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange Charges: No deductions—the full amount will be credited towards the replacement product.

Refund Policy :

1. Store Credit & Exchange (Recommended) – No Deductions!

  • Opt for store credit of the full amount, which can be used anytime for future purchases.
  • You can also choose to exchange your item for another design without any deductions.
  • Benefit: No transit or processing fees apply when you choose store credit or exchange.

2. Refunds (With Transit Fee Deduction)

If you still prefer a refund to your original payment method, the following applies:

  • A transit fee will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3. High-Value Orders (₹10,000 & Above) – Store Credit Only

For all orders valued at ₹10,000 or above, we offer:

  • Store credit only – No refunds will be issued.
  • This credit can be used anytime and has no expiry.
