We gladly accept exchanges if you find the product unsatisfactory or encounter sizing issues. Please note the following key details:
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for covering the freight charges associated with the return pickup and the delivery of the replacement product. This typically amounts to 200/-.
Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in pristine condition, just as you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Undelivered Orders: If your order has not been successfully delivered, you are eligible for a refund.
Out of Stock Items: In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your UPI or bank account.
