We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Eligibility: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refund Amount: A deduction of transit charges will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your UPI or bank account.
• Orders ₹10,000 & above
  Eligible only for store credit or exchange – No refund to original payment
• Non-Refundable Items:Rings made to size, personalised items, or articles are non refundable
